Please help my dog Sara! pics not for faint heart

My dog Sara, is in need of another surgery. I need help raising money desperately!!
She is my life, and I know that she won't die if she doesn't get this surgery- but let me tell you the story.

I was sitting with my friends at at restaurant when my brother texted me telling me I needed to come home. Then my dad called and said my dog had been attacked by our family dog.

My parents told me Sara had growled at the cat when she was laying down- The cat just irritates her, and when Tasha (The family dog and bigger dog) heard Sara mumble a growl, she attacked Sara. Tasha had grabbed her throat, and was just attacking. We don't have any idea what set Tasha off, but she lost it. Sara tried to defend herself, but in the end of the battle- she got no visible wounds to her neck or head, but 2 deep gashes on her left hind leg. 
(They didn't tell me this whole story until we were home)

Anyways, Sara needed to go to the animal hospital- it's 10 pm, so I rush me and my best friend(she wanted to come with) and we came home and saw Sara. My mom instructed me to come and get Sara into my car. My mom would drive, but since she was so small she needed help into my car. Now this overweight 40lb dog with wounds to her hind, was going to hurt her, so I did it quick and lifted her up. Of course she cried in pain, but she needed it.

The vet told us the wounds were too deep so she had to put tubes in to drain it or it would abscess. So she got stitches, staples, AND 2 tubes put in:

The first night Sara came home, I stayed up with her till 7am. Never batted an eye. She was shaking and scared. I wrapped a blanket on her lightly not to disturb her tubes. 

She at some point would try to sleep, and she would put her paw out to make sure I was still there.

That surgery costed about $600. She was my dog, so I put in any money I had- and that meant Prom money.
My parents managed to put in $500, and I put in $100- but that made us broke.

I have been searching for jobs like crazy, and it turns out that Sara will need another surgery. I didn't get what the vet meant, but something about her skin turning completely black around the wound, and it would need to be removed by surgery. Something along the lines like that. 
We have no idea how much this surgery is, and my parents had to take out a very high interest loan for her future surgery and for the car. 

The car I drive is seriously killing me. The exhaust is leaking into my car, and I have been breathing the carbon monoxide for 3 months whenever I needed to drive. I had no other choice. We didn't know it was leaking 3 months ago, and with winter, it took a tool on my health. Serious chest pains- trouble breathing- high heart rate etc..I got EKG's and chest X-rays, and they found nothing. 

Back to the problem. I as an individual am broke. I don't have money to help pay for my dog's surgery, I don't have money to patch the leak in my car, and I can't afford food for myself besides what my family has.
Please, donate- please help me pay for my baby girls surgery. Any amount I will be grateful.

The next surgery would be to remove this:

See the black scab looking thing? It's not a scab. Her skin has completely died where it's black. Her dead skin is very leather hard, and if broken, can cause intense bleeding. 
This is where your donations will come into play, to help pay for the surgery to remove that.

Sara had her surgery today, but is staying the night at the vets. I will update again when I see her.

And it's bad... It had some dead tissue and a bit infected...

Today is Sara's birthday, and she has to spend it in a cold kennel at the vets... She's 4 today
And turns out she doesn't take her medicine and pain relievers unless Me or my mom come to give it to her. She also refuses to eat unless I'm there too.

Sara gets to stay the weekend with us!! 
We gave her the pain relievers and antibiotics, and is knocked out lol <3



**UPDATE 4/22**
So we had to dress her wound and it looks so much better! I will update later with a picture, but you can see a major difference! 
Still in need of money to pay back the loan that paid for her surgery! 

**Update 5/13**
The spot on her back leg is completely healed!! Yay! The upper more bigger wound is still closing up a bit... She's feeling a bit better though!!**

**UPDATE 6/25**
She's completely healed, but will have a bald spot on the more serious top injury. Vet said the hair should grow back. 

**Update 7/2**
She still has a big bald spot, but some of it has grown hair back. But IU'm sure it will just be bald there, and that's ok! My dog has character! 
She's well and fat and happy- and I'm so glad that fight didn't make a turn for the worse!!
